Just Google / or YouTube search for 'royalty free music'. You can be more specific by adding a genre to the search, there is absolutely tons of it out there..

They are people core'ing.. I remember one race from GTX geo cores right in front of me on the Maryland step down before finish line. He hit the lip and his bike just kept going up into the sky haha..
