Sit Reversed in SM

Was riding SM with doc last night and we both checked this. The sit in SM seems reversed, we noticed that when you press sit in SM the rider stands up and when you release it he sits. After checking button setup (it was fine) tried it in MX and it worked as expected.

So it looks like the sit buttons function is reversed in SM and the rider sits normally, you then press sit to stand up.

It is reversed but I think it's intentional. Either way I didn't like it lol

Yeah this is intentional... Otherwise you'd have to hold the sit button down most of the time

Fair enough I can understand the need for sit being default in SM, but it's completely counter intuitive after using the same button for sit with MX. Please can we have an additional stand button instead for use with SM?

hmmm.. my sit is toggle, so i press it to sit, and i press again to stand.. usually it sits out of the pit, so i only click it to mitigate bumps or jump sections, then click again to sit for the rest of the lap
