FPS frustration!!!! Is there a known problem?

Won't some of this be dependant on the amount of RAM? If it runs out of physical it'll use the page file on the HDD.

I have 16GB of DDR4 RAM. I look at all my data after playing only MXB and every component is around 50% max. It seems like it could be an issue for the game and my Oculus Rift, cause my PC uses more power when I dont use it, but I cant be sure.
