Cant adjust stability and Cant connect to world?

I'm currently having troubles changing my stability and connecting to the world servers. when i try and connect to world servers i get connection timed out. when i try and change my stability it wont move.

Welcome both of you! the in-game stability settings in beta 7 are currently locked until beta 8 (hopefully) The developers have found some bugs within that element of the game which cause some physic glitches.  Keep an eye on the daily development blog for more details.
