Which of these links do i use to download the demo, or what do they mean. I cant seem to get the app itd self

You can use one of the mirrors over at http://mx-bikes.com/?page=downloads

Just click on mirror 1 or 2 and look how it's Downloading for you. In Case it's going slowly you can try the second mirror and maybe it's going faster.

how long does it take roughly to download the demo?

It's less than 2GB so not long especially as it's not near a release, depends on your connection speed too.
