Welcome to the Kraken Berg (aka Erzberg) thread!  I'll be posting updates here for the track until it is released.  There is no open beta and my expected timeline for releasing it will be hopefully by the end of June 2020, when the real Erzberg event takes place.

First Look Trailer:

- Course based on the 2019 edition.  Will contain all checkpoints other than the one were they go out to the ski resort - that was too far out of the map boundaries to increase the map size.
- 3.6 km x 3.6 km
- 1300 meters elevation change
- Most of the course is very close to 1:1 scale.  I was working from old satellite data so not everything is perfect and there are some areas that aren't as steep or long as the real location.
- final course will be over 30 km long
- 4K height-map (8K dropped the FPS too much)
- Initial height-map work done in World Creator 2
- Detailed work done in L3DT
- Objects done in Blender / Object texturing done with Substance Painter and Photoshop
- I would say I probably have close to 500 hours invested in the creation of this track so far.  I can't wait until I'm done and can try what I know on an "Easy" track.

Known issues with course / MX Bikes engine
- Open center-lines not fully supported.  Can't create a course with a different start and finish line yet.
- Rider should dab more with both feet with obstacles like rocks.
- Some hills are tough because of the physics - the front end gets too light and it then wants to tilt you over to the side.  Even small off camber sections can be really rough with going up hill because it wants to tilt you to the side.
- 3D grass bug - won't render correctly with track vertical scale over 100 m (FIXED in next MXB Update per Piboso)
- TrackED.exe - won't render map at elevations over 500 m (FIXED in next MXB Update per Piboso)
- Tools and game don't currently support more than 50 checkpoints.  The course is over 30 km long and has many twists and turns.  To prevent cutting it will need at least 500 checkpoints supported. (FIXED in next MXB Update per Piboso)
- Lots of Z-fighting with object textures
- Bad draw in of tiled textures and normals

- DoluTattoo - building models and textures
- TFC for advice and tutorials
- Niko for tutorials
- Gio for assets
- Ruubs and OkWes for testing and enduro enthusiasm
- iNsane for testing and getting Enduro bikes ready!

Current Status:
- Course complete to CP26
- Currently working on finish line and buildings
