Custom Rider Skins Don't Always Show Online

Just wondering why this happens?  Instead, most riders will have default black/grey colors.  Then you join a different server and everyone is fully outfitted with custom stuff.

Do you have every rider skin ever made downloaded?  If not, then you aren't going to see everyone's skins each time.  I hardly have any skins downloaded so mostly everyone is showing default for me.

Ahh, I stupidly thought the long sync times were partly attributed to temp caching custom assets for each user in that session.  Thanks for clarification.

I have noticed this as well, myself and a friend would join a server and we couldn't see each others bike skins, after I loaded his skin up in the menu and recconected I could see his bike skin but he could not see mine until about an hour later he returned to the pits and could see my bike skin.
