pleasse help why can i hear a fuzzing noise ?

some one please help im new to the game
when ever a noise would normaly be menu ect its just fuzzing loads

Try installing OpenAL, which the game engine utilizes for audio, via the standalone installer.  I believe it's installed with Steam but I know this has corrected audio issues a couple other users had.
