Shadow color

Hello, Is there a way to set shadow color? I'm doing a track with sunset lighting, would like to tint the shadow color to more blueish rather than black. I cannot find anythting about this looking through the manual or opening up all the files in notepad++.

it is in .amb file - you can change ambient and sun color

Yes I know about those, I'm looking to change the color of the actual shadow of the bike and rider.
