sometimes when i join i have 10-15 fps

usually i have smooth gameplay, 100 fps or something, but when i join a map my fps just stays at like 15. i tried uninstalling the game, i tried everything. my fps is just broken for some reason

Are you using the MaxHud plugin? Certain aspects of that can sometimes cause this.
