Invisible riders when playing online?

So when I'm racing online a good handful of players on the track will have a textureless bike (solid white) and their rider will be invisible. What causes this?

When u riding and someone joins the server it dosnt load the whole texture, u have to go back in garage then it will load up the whole texture for that player and then u will se him with the  bike.

This helps in reducing the server join lag spike/freeze up. Also, if you turn UP your textures, it helps reduce freeze because it won't have to compress textures. You can change it back once in the server.

to everyone wondering its just because you havent loaded their bike in all you have to do is go back to pit and your game will freeze for a few seconds (make sure not to click or anything or your game will crash) and then boom youll be able to see their bikes like normal
