Mods not working at all...

As stated in title, mods are no longer working. First time playing since the last update, never had an issue before. Tracks don't show up, bikes dont show up, gear doesnt show up. All of the stock items work fine, just not a single mod. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted ALL of my mods and reinstalled them, like 40gb worth, still nothing works. Not sure what to do at this point, I've watched about every youtube video there is on the topic, and my mods folders look exactly the same as theirs. Haven't touched any configurations or anything so I dont know whats up... Help would be greatly appreciated, looking to get back into this game, but that unfortunately can't happen if this stuff doesnt work.
