Severe Lag on Motocross Tracks only

I've had this game since 2016, always just played motocross and supercross tracks. As of late, I can't play any motocross tracks. There is an extreme amount of lag that makes them unplayable. The lag is in the menu, pits, and on track.

However, when I switch to a supercross track, it's fine (mostly), (sometimes it seems like the throttle stays on a little bit when the bike is in the air. I don't know if that's just the inertia of the engine or maybe my controller is out of whack, but it's only sometimes).
