can any one please help me all my track downloads work but all my rider kit and bbike mods dont work can any body help me please

for the gear i can tell you the process
1.copy or cut the pnt file for the gear
2.go to the documents folder
3.go to the piboso folder
4.go to mx bikes folder
5.go to mods
6.go to rider
7.click on "riders" its in the rider folder
8.then click paints for a kit and click gloves if you have a set of gloves
9.check the game and see if u have ur gear
