so I've had the game a few months now and all my track downloads work but all the bikes I've downloaded and kits don't even appear in the game I've done it all properly bike in bike files and track in track etc but the only mods working are my tracks and I'm still stuck with the same rubbish standard bike

You've done something wrong with the extraction or placement, for the OEM bikes you need to have the a PKZ file for each bike in the bike folder. This is the latest custom bike pack https://www.mediafire.com/file/28vlxtk0qunjn75/MX_OEM_v0.18.1b_FULL.zip/file
