Can't use online racing

I've been playing for about a year now and I went to get on and when I try to race it tells me "Invalid Login: please register". So I go to register and it tells me "Key already used". I went all through my folders and updated the game and I can't find anything wrong. Did my license key expire?

I have the same problem. Am just told "Key already used"!!? I have emailed PiBoso support and have received NO response??? Can someone please help!?
