 Ok,
Really love this game..  I have owned every MX game from the MCM days (1998 )...   I tried MXsim... a few times, purchased the full version.. Never could figure it out.  When mx-bikes came out, I also purchased the game. Its the only way to make things better. Support the developer !! ( Thank you PiBoso ) ...

With that said, I have logged maybe 10-12 hours playing this game..  But I'm yet to be "FAST" ..  I can hardly make an entire lap with out crashing once..   But its sooooo  fun

I'm looking for some good tips on controller setups...  ( I currently run a xbox 360 controller )..
Also, any help on bike setup .. And tips for cornering speed & whips ...

That's a tough question mate. Everything about this sim is one big personal preference. I can't make it round the practice track without crashing at least once either.

You should find what works for you. The best way to learn is by taking the settings to the extreme to see what they do for example Direct Lean, try it on 0% and try it on 100% then you can find a middle ground if you need to. Doing this should be fun for anyone who likes the sim side of things.

Also you should try and play online. Some of us can't due to some bug but hopefully that will be fixed in B4, but I know playing with the likes of Teeds, Doc, Mace-X, Gdub and others helped me learn quite a lot.

Yoo! You´re mxcobra from mcm days?

Then welcome sir, quite a legend over here  :D

To be honest mxb is at a point where´s hard to be consistent, physics in b3 are made to be more responsive and dynamic than b2, wich is fantastic, but introduced a whole lot of stability bugs, hopefully they will be sorted on b4.

I use around 15% of stability (i dont remember the exact slider name, will check later), both brakes binded to left trigger, a and x to upshift/downshift, b to sit/dab, auto clutch, soft tyres and hard suspension.

Something like that, check my b3 gameplay video, there´s my whole setup, i tend to play with them alot tho xD

Cheers!  ;D

Thanks for the feedback.. Yes mxcobra from the MCM days ...  wow that was 17 years ago...   And I just turned 40 !! damn ..

Really digging MXB ..  Cant wait until he updates it to support the new release for the Oculus Rift DK2 ..  That brings things to a whole new level ..     That plus the bar/control setup that teeds built would be mint..    Winter us coming.. I might have to spend some time in the work shop :)
