E10 Factory Bikes Mod Question

    Hello all,

    I am still pretty new to this game.  I recently downloaded the factory bikes mod, and it's awesome in my opinion!  My brother though brought up a good point, is this considered "cheating" in a way meaning not the way the game was intended to be played.  Would these bikes be allowed in a sanctioned race, used overall in general and be considered part of the game in a way?  If it's not something widely accepted I probably won't spend time practicing and learning on it.  Appreciate any feedback, thank you.

There's 2 main mod bike packs and there are organised races using both, the 2 packs being Factory and OEM. I wouldn't worry about using one or the other, swapping between them isn't a big deal for me.
