whenever i want to race online it takes about 30 mins to load into a server and sometimes doesn't load at all.. can someone help with this?

What are your PC specs? Sounds like you might have a slow system or have loaded the game on a slow drive.

H61M motherboard
RX470 Graphics card
and 10gb of ddr3 ram

Your base system is pretty old, if your hard drive is the same age that might be your biggest bottleneck loading the game.
