i had a problem with mx bikes and i wanted to fully uninstall it so i unistalled the game and then i uninstalled the piboso folder and then when i downloaded mx bikes again it starts to launch but it doesnt becasue the piboso folder is not there anymore i tried
install the game again
verifing game integrity files
and nothing works

You can try the Stand alone game/demo from this site, it might get you the Piboso folder back. But you've got something wrong with Windows if that doesn't happen when the Steam version is launched.
