Very new to the game, currently been riding the new KTM 450 and it is working correctly. When I switch to a different bike (250 or 450) the bikes wont shift up when I'm on the gas but will down shift normally, I have to actually release the gas then shift. Not sure if I just have a setting wrong but I didn't believe so since the KTM 450 is working fine. Any help is appreciated!!!

This issue you been having is caused by quickshift.
Currently on the B18 OEMs only the KTM has quickshift feature so you need to let off gas to shift up.
You need to learn getting off gas and shifting or you can put SHIFT HELP on from the AIDs settings in MX BIKES.
