Track Editing / Advice needed

Hey All,
Currently creating my local track Doune mx thanks to TFC tutorials
Something strange is going on with the rendering in the distance when viewing in mapview and even in game... please see photos
Is it something I have done in the .hmf files?
Any help will be appreciated, Thanks
