Support / Game opens Than Background goes BLACK......

I removed all mods from piboso folder and still happens. uninstalled than reinstalled still happens. had a temporary fix for about a week lowering the resolution but now that doesnt work. turned off the firewall and i cant get the game to run PLEASE HELP.......
