Well you can already change the ECU mapping in the OEM bikes, and you can download wheel mods for them as well.

I actually used to have the same problem and i didnt know why but when beta 14 came out it went away. Weird

I mean, it kinda is though? You can do time but its in a percentage? Not sure why but when that time's up it gives you the white flag i'm pretty sure
