Im hosting a server trying to do a race but whenever i go to start after the track loads everybodys screen says waiting. how do i get the race to start

I also tried to join a server with only MSM bikes and was still unable.

I have reinstalled the newewst OEM pack and tried uninstalling my game and reinstalling but after beta15 when I try joining online I get a bike mismatch message not saying anything about what bike it is but I didnt delete anything or change my folders since beta15
