I am experiencing the same problem. I have played this game for a year or two with no issues connecting to servers, suddenly, stuck on syncing for days.

Support / Stuck on Syncing forever when joining servers

I have had the exact same mods installed for a while now, haven't changed anything since the latest OEM bikes were released.
Whatever server I join, I get to the "syncing" step, and it never progresses further. Never joins the server. I have walked away for an hour and come back and it is still syncing. It used to take me 2-3 minutes to join a server.
Not sure where else to turn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
