Messages

So im fairly new to the game and have played it on and off since 2020 and never had this problem. I will be playing and at random my game will have barely any GPU usage and ill be below 5 FPS not able to move or do anything but rarely it will go back to normal. Ive uninstalled all mods, updated my drivers, restarted my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing. If anyone could help me out id appreciate it.
