I've had this same issue too but only on a few tracks not all of them and I have no idea what to do.

I opened bikes one day and tried to ride the normal practice track but it was so insanely laggy I couldn't do anything, I was getting a whole 2.6 fps... but most other tracks I've downloaded or that are already in the game run just fine. Lommel is another track giving me the same problem. What can I do to fix this??
