To answer my own question: you can still set markers even when you are stuck, so repeatedly setting and jumping to marker will move you more and more backward. The whole process is not quick, but unless there's a train behind, you will be free at some point.

Bug Reports / Track marker offset

Hi everyone.
When teleporting to track marker, the bikes is set a bit behind the marker position. If there was a physical object behind you, you will be teleported inside of it and will never be able to get out.
Apart from looking around each time I set marker, is there any way to avoid getting stuck or to unstuck myself when that happens?
