Hello, new to this whole thing, but interested in possibly getting into modding for this game.

I have a question though, is it possible to set up something like a point to point sort of track mod for this game? Have an idea for some fun racing, but I just want to know if it's at all possible. If this is more circuit racing then I probably need to rethink this.
