If you don't want to put it on Steam you can always put it on kickstarter or ask famous youtubers to play MX Bikes.
Pewdiepie: Plays trials fusion so why not MXB? Most famous youtuber so chance is very very small.
Nerdcubed: Loves sims and plays a lot of indie games. Just send him a message. Chance is very high that he will play it. Lots of views/video
TeamVVV, (small) channel that reviews almost every race game/simulator.

Maybe we should make a post on reddit or something once MX Bikes is out and upvote it all together. Or spam MXGP videos on youtube with comments about MXB That's how i bought GPB, I was looking for a motoGP game and saw a comment

We already asked this a couple of times on the GPB forum too but they don't want to put it on Steam yet. I really don't know why... Steam = lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. It will definitely pass the greenlight to be in the actual Steam store

nice layout guys, just tried the track out in reflex. its a short track and the jumps are quite small. but not bad.

This is where new Rift dev 2 and camera it has would be good. Be able to freely look and if desired duck you head. No need for button.

Be really cool if camera picked up a hand motion for tear off 

In KRP and WRS there is a hand motion. I think PiBoSo forgot to add it in GP Bikes

So many great ideas and this is another. Would love to have this in the game although my only fear is not having enough buttons on my controller haha

Is there a possibility to pre-order mx-bikes? I would definately buy a license key today.  Maybe you can send an e-mail on the day of the release to make sure we don't miss it It's also good for PiBoSo and Snappe to see how many members are actually buying MX Bikes

May you tell me how to host a lobby? Is it something implemented in the game itself, or do I need to make files myself and put it in a certain folder or something similar?
