Sounds like a game profile issue, try with a new profile.

It's just a case of install them correctly and they'll show, you must have them in the wrong folder or not extracted properly or the like.

A patch is coming real soon....

Your GPU, which you didn't list so assume an Intel CPU one, will be the limiting factor. Try the demo and see how it runs before buying. It'll help if you stop any other app possible starting and running in the background when you try to play.

What you've shown looks ok, make sure your mods folder and its subfolders are set correctly.

Could be a bug with the new version release, hopefully a fix is on the way.

What does the game say when you try going online?

For standalone game get the latest updates from this page - https://www.mx-bikes.com/?page=downloads

Then update your mods to the latest to get online with everyone else.
