Help with Rider Paints

I am having problems with my paints loading correctly in game. I started off by customizing a PSD file, I saved my completed file as  rider.tga (compressed 24 bits), took it to PaintED and made it a .pnt file and in game it is showing up as all black gear. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong! Thank you.
