Cant open .pkz

So i am trying to get custom sounds and im trying to open the .pkz files and it says its not reconized format or its damaged and so ive installed winzip, winrar and 7zip trying to open it and still says the same thing.

Some PKZ files are locked by the creator, you can use them but not get to the contents of them.
