Leveler? New Track Designer Here...

Hey guys, so I'm starting on making tracks now. Is L3DT the only option for sculpting out tracks? I keep hearing of this program called Leveler but can't find anything on Google/YouTube about it. Also, couldn't Blender be used to make tracks as well? Thanks in advance!

i personally use leveller and i love it but the only problem is nobody uses it so there isn't any tutorials out there, i mean theres a few but not many lol. but you can find them here, https://www.daylongraphics.com/products/leveller.php
