Reset Timer, Pitboard, and 15 Second Board Missing

Ive noticed my reset timer, pitboard, and 15 second board is missing in game. I have reinstalled the game and its still missing. Anyone know how to get them back?

I figured it out. In Settings>Misc>Help> Min or higher. You can't have it set to off.
