LOW FPS ISSUES

So i have been having fps issues for awhile now recently fps became good again but now its low again but its not utilizing my gpu as much as it should and i am wondering if theres any fix for this


specs CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 5600g, 16gb of ram running at 3266mhz,GPU:Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660oc.
the game is on an ssd and so are the mods

update its got something to do with the xinput64.dli found in plugins witch makes controllers work so that is confusing
