Every time I try to hop in a server I'm getting a connection timeout anyone else dealing with this?

my rider whenever i try to put gear on is just black i uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing worked all the gear was working in the past it gave me the create your name prompt for some reason and after i clicked on it my rider is corrupted now

I am also having the same issue all of the bikes say they are mismatched and i have tried reinstalling them and still the problem
