Same problem as you 

I tried a lot of different solutions and different sounds but always the same I only have the sound of the gear shift and the wheels on the ground.

Guys download it from here, it should start automatically and then once it's done you only have to paste the bikes and files that are inside into the mods/bikes folder

what do you mean with not working? it doesn't move? or the bike just goes straight? or the pivot point of the moving parts isn't in the right position?

No, not for the moment, but i think that if you really want it, you can do it by yourself, everything you need to do is take a bike model and add some particulars to make it seem like a real dakar bike.

Only manual or assisted shift works

Same for me, it stays for like 10 seconds at max rpm and then shifts (sometimes,other times it just stays in 1°)
