VR how to setup guide

Some headsets do not work well and have distorted view.
Pimax crystal "my headset" , hp reverb , and older pimax headsets work perfectly 

-120hz makes things much smoother
-O tilt
-turn off shadows,grass,low draw distance, lower graphics details ingame but increase steamvr resolution for sharpness
- Hold headset out arms length in front of you at eye level and reset vr view on track this will set you back on the bike in game and make corners and control massively better.
- All vr sickness go's away with time and takes about a week to feel comfortable but depending on the person.
- Ive been using a flight stick to control the bike with twist option for body lean and car sim foot pedals for brake and throttle clutch with a car sim sequential shifter for gears. this makes bike control way easier and more comfortable in VR   
 
I'm just as fast as i am on a 2d monitor so with this setup I'm at no disadvantage because of vr I managed to do well in OCR series and only my skills that hold me back not vr anymore.
