Paint dont show for other people

So i've made this skin and gave it to my teammates but for some reason i cant see their skin and they cant see mine even tho it works fine on my side and for them (i see my own but they cant see it same the other way around)

what did you send it to them through if it is through discord there is a slight chance that it will randomly not show up i have ran into that issue.

It was sent trough discord but I will try and upload it elsewhere

Hey I'm currently having the same issue and I sent them via discord as well, so just was wondering if that was the problem. If not have you found a solution otherwise?
