Beta 17 now fixed

Why is left and right lean snappy and janky now.
Why is the dynamic camera so glitchy and clunky now keeps changes focus when you jump and when you whip.
Also new there is some screen tearing.
Just try and whip now... something is messed up.
Also max hud news an update?
everything else seems to be fine but idk.

FIXED NICE JOB PIB!!!!!! only took 1hr or less well done.
