Support / Re: Bike mismatch on OEM bikes
November 16, 2019, 04:34:51 AM
Quote from: Asdrael on November 06, 2019, 10:10:13 PMUsual troubleshooting steps:
- make sure you run the latest OEM version
- make sure it is properly installed
- if there has been a game update (which we had a few days ago), some people have reported a similar issue and fixing it by reinstalling (delete and the dezip again) the OEM pack in the mod folder.

Hope that helps!

Hey, I have tried all of your troubleshooting methods, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and resorted to downloading the game on steam. No matter what I do my game is either stuck on the Syncing screen, or says Bike Mismatch, and lists pretty much every bike the server allows.

Quote from: PiBoSo on October 09, 2019, 11:04:20 PMThank you very much for the information.

I am also having this problem but I don't have the game on steam. I have been playing it since Beta 7 and haven't had this problem. I am using an HP Pavilion laptop if that is any use.

UPDATE!!! The game only does this when my Xbox One S controller is connected through Bluetooth, but not when it is plugged in. My Xbox 360 controller and PS3 controller seems to work fine too.

Have you tried the suggestion mentioned by the OP?

This fix only works with the steam version, plus I found out it is only when a controller is connected through Bluetooth. I tried with my Nintendo switch joy cons and it did the same thing.
