keep making a mistake?

hi guys so newbie here at mx bikes , Im having a issue importing my own custom skins , example took the kxf 21 (frostys psd Which is BRILLIANT) changed plastics to white chose exhaust and clutch cover added 1 logo and saved everything as i should , kxf21 , kxf21_n (normal) kxf21_r (reflection) and it worked

i then wanted to finish the decals properly not just the 1 random logo and added my decals and pattern and saved everything again into a new project folder packed with painted and loaded it , now when in game i try load it it just reverts back to stock look , whit plastics are gone everything , is it possibly because my layers (logos) are to detailed or to big ?

and other issue i have is my wheels and tyres look dull like a white shading is over them

thanks for any help and really loving the game still trying to get consistent before trying to enter a online race
