Cannot join online games. Bike mismatch, missing bikes, and error

I have almost 800 hours in the game now and ever since beta 17 came out I haven't been able to play online. I have updated files, tried the tire patch, completely wiped and reinstalled the game. It claims I'm missing some of the OEM bikes ex: 1996cr250 but I have both OEM packs the files are there in the folder and can not get it to work. As said before I have had no issues until beta 17 and since it dropped I've sat on the sidelines while my friends get to play. Literally anything would be greatly appreciated so I can get back on the grind

You'll need to manually clear the MXBikes folders including all mods folders and the install directory (the uninstall won't do it), leave nothing behind before you re-install.
