Editing Resolution or how to un detail a track?

okay so ill start off with my PC is a potato i know a better one would fix this but i dont have that kinda money right now. Is there a way to go into a tracks file settings and basically make it more potato freindly such as erasing grass, ect.? i dont stream and im not looking to get into servers like this i just want to enjoy some of these new tracks in practice without lagging so bad im playing in pixels. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

No, you can't edit a published track.  Use your graphic settings in the tab to turn off 3D grass and anti-aliasing etc. Get rid of Reshsade - get rid of MaxHud if you are using them - Don't turn them off - uninstall them.
