Only 3 votes for an Ban???

I got ejected and banned for nothing. The current count to get someone banned is way to low. I have about 50 hours on the game and have not seen a single vote to eject fail. The system is way to easy to get people banned for absolutely nothing.

Does the ban come off? Or am I not permanently banned from playing the game because 3 people who never even saw me on track vote yes for everything hoping it's a race?

If you got ejected from a server you can't re-join until the server is restarted.
