Grey Gear? PNT Not loading correctly.

I recently made some custom gear, and after I save it as a TGA and then pack it in painted and put it into my game. The gear shows up as the default grey? Any recommendations? Am I naming something wrong?

Was able to fix it with some help from Lancer
