Connection Timeout

Buddy and I cant play any servers together even when he tries to host or I try to host, always connection timeout. We can join public servers but was wondering if there is a fix for connection timeout that is fixed with a port forward or what. PLease let me know if I am too dumb brained to figure it out myself. Thanks.

To host a client server you'll need to forward port 54210 (this is the default port) to the hosting PC from your router.
