Extreme FPS issue

Hello there,

I downloaded this game yesterday (And bought a Key)
As soon as I got into the game it started lagging! After i put all Graphical Settings to Minimum nothing realy changed!
What can i do? (GP Bikes works on full Settings without any Lag!)
